- Commit to a hybrid schedule (virtual meetings + occasional in-person events)
- Bring strong follow-through and self-motivation
- Offer expertise or a willingness to learn in areas like agriculture, fundraising, strategic planning, communications, or nonprofit governance
- Advocate for community-centered solutions to food access
- Contribute time, talent, and energy to help build a stronger organization from the inside out
